M8wheels

Take the wheels apart. Cut away the central boss that previously held the axel in place.
You only need to remove about half it's height so that it will not foul the new drive shaft and wheel nut.

Again remove the central boss from the back of the wheel disc.
The red drive hub has been drilled with a 2mm drill through each of it's lugs, mount the hub temporally centred on the wheel disc (make a screw & washer combination up to do this)
Once clamped together drill through the three holes in the hubs lugs to pierce the disc which will be enlarge to form the holes for the hub's lugs to engage.

This is what you should get, now drill the pilot holes in the wheel disc larger to engage the hubs lugs.

Once mounted on the drive shaft this is what it should look like.
The rest of the wheel can be screwed on using the original three screw holes.
