Rubber Tyres

This was the first time I had tried to print with TPU, to experiment I made a small section of the tyre and tried printing it.
0.2mm layer height.
With a 50% infill the tyre was almost rock hard.
With a 20% infill the tyre was much softer, probably too soft.
So I contacted Tomas at Warprints and he provided the following vital information that you need to know to print the tyres successfully.
0.2mm layer height.
Just make sure you're extruding enough material.
Flex needs more flow than other materials.
1.09 has worked well for me with TPU 92A and Bambulab P1P.
It's always more than 1.0
It is possible that the tyres on the wheels will be loose, due to the different shrinkage.
In this case, the size of the STL in the X and Y axes should be reduced by approx. 0.3-0.4mm.
Leave the scale in the Z axis at 100%.
