Speaker Box

Every tank needs sound but the model doesn't come with a location to mount a speaker.

Having a box for the speaker makes the sound much better, this is my design.

The 4 inch speaker is bolted to the top half with rubber mounts before attaching the bottom,

I used silicone sealant to glue the two halves together.

The two locating lugs are screwed to the overhang on the base, note they only go one way around.

I have pushed a piece of foam down each side of the box to stop it rattling around.
